Pineapple Orange Smoothie
The sweetness of the fruit is balanced nicely with the slightly tart pineapple in this drink. Without adding more than a hint of coconut flavor, coconut water creates a much lighter smoothie than the alternative dairy-based smoothies.

You’ll notice that this smoothie calls for Coconut Water Ice Cubes. We almost never manage to go through a full container of coconut water, so these coconut ice cubes are a staple in our freezer. You can easily swap in plain ice cubes, coconut water, or plain water instead.

Ingredients
- ▢1 cup orange juice I used the juice from about 5 small tangelos
- ▢1 cup chopped pineapple frozen
- ▢1 banana
- ▢5 coconut water ice cubes or about 1/3 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- Layer ingredients into blender as listed and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
