These muesli bites are great after an hour or two in the refrigerator. However, they are at their best after chilling overnight. The muesli softens a bit and the flavors meld together nicely. As much as I like Nature Valley Muesli with just plain yogurt and maybe some chopped fruit, these bites are completely irresistible.

Blueberry Muesli Bites
Ingredients
- ▢1/2 cup butter softened
- ▢1/4 cup light brown sugar
- ▢1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ▢2 cups Nature Valley™ Toasted Oats Muesli Blueberry
Instructions
- Combine the butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and stir together until smooth. Stir in the muesli mix until well combined. Scoop into 1 – 1 1/2 inch balls and roll between your hands to smooth them. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Enjoy!
